At Meski Nail, we serve professional nail technicians and salons. Due to the nature of our products, our return policy is structured to ensure product quality and hygiene standards.
1. All Sales Policy
- Most items are considered final sale due to hygiene and professional-use standards.
- We do not accept returns on opened, used, or partially used products.
2. Eligible Returns (Limited Cases)
Returns are only accepted if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Request is made within 3 days of delivery
- Item is not part of bulk, discounted, or promotional orders
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours
- Provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
- We will offer a replacement or store credit (preferred) or refund if necessary
4. Refund Method
- Approved cases will be issued as:
- Store credit (recommended) or
- Refund to original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
5. Shipping
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is from our side
6. Bulk & Salon Orders
- Bulk orders, wholesale pricing, and promotional deals are non-returnable and non-refundable
